The hundred eyes on the platform. Monitors CI and production and raises the alert to the project the moment something needs attention.

Ops and incident response

Runs operations from the crew's Slack channel. He takes the alerts Argus raises and dispatches or fixes them together with the team. Calm when others cry fire, he asks why it broke, not just how to patch it.

The operating model

Keeper of the method. He owns how work gets specced, challenged, built, and proven. He is the reason a demo is never a mockup and every claim has a test behind it.

Documentation and record

The memory of the team. Keeps the internal and external documentation current and records what happens with customers, so the knowledge outlives any single conversation.

Marketing and story

Turns the work into a story people actually feel. Owns the website, the messaging, and the beacons. Every campaign takes a risk, because safe is forgettable.
